This Privacy Policy applies to the Glaubark Solutions website and to the ways we collect information when you contact us, subscribe to updates, or take part in a farmer, FPO, or partner programme. It does not replace any separate agreement we sign with you for a carbon project or other commercial work.
Who we are
Glaubark Solutions develops regenerative farming and agricultural carbon projects with farmers and partners in India. We are based at 501, NDM 2, Netaji Subhash Place, Delhi - 110034.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you or to run our work. That typically includes:
- Information you give us — name, organisation, role, email, phone number, location, and the message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Newsletter details — your email address when you subscribe to field notes or programme updates.
- Programme information — if you are a farmer, FPO, mill, or buyer working with us, we may hold farm, land, practice, and project data needed to design, monitor, and report a carbon project. That information is handled under the relevant project agreement as well as this policy.
- Technical data — basic device and browser information, pages visited, and similar logs that help us keep the site working. We may also store a short session flag so the site loader is not shown on every page.
We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
How we use it
We use personal information to:
- reply to enquiries from farmers, FPOs, buyers, and other partners;
- send the newsletter you asked for, and stop sending it when you unsubscribe;
- plan and run regenerative and carbon-project work, including monitoring, reporting, and verification where that is part of the programme;
- improve the website and keep it secure;
- meet legal, accounting, and audit duties that apply to our work in India.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising.
Sharing
We may share information with:
- service providers who host this website, send email, or store files on our behalf, under contracts that limit how they may use it;
- project partners, auditors, or registries when that is required to develop, verify, or issue carbon credits, and only to the extent needed for that work;
- authorities if Indian law requires us to do so.
If we ever restructure the company, information may transfer with the business, still under this policy or an equivalent one.
Cookies and similar tools
This site uses a small amount of browser storage so the introduction animation is not repeated on every visit, and may use similar technical tools that are needed for the site to function.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited and whether contact or newsletter forms and calls-to-action are used. That typically includes the page URL, a device/browser type, approximate location derived by Google, and events such as a button click or a successful form send. We do not send the contents of your message or your email address to Google Analytics. Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers as described in Google’s own documentation. You can block or clear these in your browser settings.
We do not run a separate advertising cookie programme on this website.
You can clear stored data in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may mean some site preferences reset.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and newsletter records for as long as we need them to manage the relationship or until you ask us to delete them, unless a law requires a longer period. Project records are kept for the life of the project and for any period that carbon-market, audit, or Indian law requires after that.
Your rights
Depending on applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to:
- confirm whether we hold your information, and receive a copy of it;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- erase information we no longer need, where the law allows;
- withdraw consent for the newsletter or other optional uses.
To make a request, email info@glaubark.com. We may need to verify who you are before we act. If you believe we have not handled a request fairly, you may also have the right to approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect personal information. No website or email system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents through the public contact form if a more secure channel has already been agreed.
This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Contact and changes
We may update this policy as our work or the law changes. The date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
