One integrated solution from field to carbon market
Glaubark provides a complete carbon farming and regenerative agriculture solution — covering every stage from farmer onboarding and practice adoption to monitoring, verification, and voluntary carbon market access.
The Process
How the solution works
Glaubark works directly with farmers and institutional partners to design and implement carbon farming projects — from the first site visit through to carbon credit issuance and market access.
Identifying farmers and assessing land
Glaubark identifies suitable project areas and farmer groups, working with FPOs, sugar factories, and local partners to select locations where sustainable farming can create strong environmental and livelihood impact.

Full Project Cycle
11 stages of the carbon project cycle
Every Glaubark carbon project moves through a structured, end-to-end process — from the first site assessment to carbon credit issuance and market access. Scroll to walk through every stage.
Stage 01
Project Identification and Site Selection
Glaubark identifies suitable project geographies based on farmer need, land availability, crop type, climate conditions, soil profile, and carbon project potential. The company works with farmers, FPOs, sugar factories, local institutions, NGOs, village-level stakeholders, and district networks to select areas where sustainable farming interventions can create strong environmental and livelihood impact.
Stage 02
Farmer Outreach and Stakeholder Consultation
The project begins with trust-building and awareness. Glaubark conducts consultations with farmers, village councils, FPOs, sugar factories, local stakeholders, and implementation partners to explain the project model, expected benefits, carbon credit potential, farmer responsibilities, and long-term sustainability outcomes.
This stage is important because farmer participation and understanding are central to project success.
Stage 03
Farmer Onboarding and Data Collection
Glaubark onboards farmers into the project through a structured process that includes farmer registration, consent collection, land details, crop details, current farming practices, input usage, irrigation methods, and other relevant baseline information.
The company uses digital data collection systems, multilingual survey models, geotagging, GIS mapping, field documentation, and audio/video evidence where required to improve transparency and audit readiness.
Stage 04
Baseline Assessment
Baseline assessment establishes the starting point of the project. It records the current condition of the farm, existing farming practices, crop patterns, soil conditions, irrigation methods, fertiliser use, residue management practices, and emissions-related activities before project interventions begin.
A strong baseline is essential for credible carbon credit generation because it helps measure future change, prove additionality, and prepare the project for validation and verification.
Stage 05
Project Design and Methodology Selection
After the baseline assessment, Glaubark designs the project execution plan. This includes selecting suitable sustainable farming interventions, identifying the relevant carbon methodology, preparing the project structure, defining monitoring indicators, and creating an implementation roadmap.
For agricultural carbon projects, Glaubark works with recognised carbon standards and methodologies such as improved agricultural land management frameworks, depending on project suitability and eligibility.
Stage 06
Sustainable Farming Practice Implementation
Glaubark supports farmers in adopting practical and locally suitable sustainable farming practices. These practices help improve soil fertility, reduce input dependency, lower costs, enhance water efficiency, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, improve crop resilience, and create measurable sustainability outcomes.
Stage 07
Farmer Training and Capacity Building
Glaubark provides training and support to farmers and local ground teams to ensure that sustainable practices are understood and implemented correctly. This includes awareness sessions, field demonstrations, practice guidance, documentation support, and ongoing advisory.
Capacity building is a key part of the solution because carbon farming depends not only on project design, but also on correct and consistent implementation by farmers.
Stage 08
Monitoring, Reporting and Verification Support
Glaubark builds the monitoring, reporting, and verification framework required to track project progress and prove climate impact. The company collects field-level data, monitors farmer practice adoption, records implementation evidence, analyses environmental outcomes, and prepares monitoring reports.
The MRV process helps ensure that project outcomes are transparent, measurable, verifiable, and audit-ready.
Stage 09
Technology Integration
Glaubark combines field execution with technology-enabled monitoring. The solution uses tools such as satellite imagery, remote sensing, GIS mapping, KML files, digital surveys, multilingual data collection, audio/video evidence, farmer databases, carbon accounting systems, and monitoring dashboards.
This technology helps track large project areas, reduce manual monitoring challenges, improve transparency, and strengthen the credibility of carbon credit claims.
Stage 10
Validation, Verification and Carbon Credit Issuance
Glaubark supports the technical process required for carbon credit generation. This includes project documentation, registry support, validation coordination, monitoring reports, third-party verification, and support for the issuance of verified carbon credits.
The company helps project partners navigate the carbon project cycle, including methodology selection, project description, project listing, validation, monitoring, verification, and credit issuance.
Stage 11
Voluntary Carbon Market Access
After credits are issued, Glaubark supports access to the voluntary carbon market. This includes helping project partners position, sell, or retire credits depending on their sustainability goals.
The objective is to ensure that farmers and project stakeholders can benefit from the value created through measurable climate action.
